By any chance could you help me with something? If i already drew and colored a picture and I'd like to add a background... do i have to cut and paste the objects onto the background or is there a way i can merge the background behind the objects?

○ Ryuk: Thanks! I use Photoshop 7.0. I've tried CS2, 3, and 5, and I didn't really like them. Their interfaces were comparitively clunky and slow, though I did like the extended brush controls in CS5.
○ Matt: Aaah, don't lose faith! And wow, a fan art would be awesome! <33
○ Zi: I like this character a lot. She's a military monster. She has a polar opposite twin sister, though. Half the time I go to draw this character, though, I end up with a man. She has a very delicate balance of all that, so it's hard to draw her. D: AND YES, SMALL CHILDREN ARE MEAN. :(

BAHAHAA I forgot to comment here. I LOVE the top one so much. It reminds me of how Septi sees herself- she's a complicated little (well, not little. Tall. And mean.) person.

The bottom one is cute- personally I find all moe to be a wee bit creepy. Too childlike for my tastes. (BLEH I HATE CHILDREN OMG SOME BRATS WOKE ME UP AT HALF EIGHT THIS MORNING BY SCREAMING IN MY EAR. LOATH.)

This kicked my butt SO HARD, because I tried to make her cute, but she just kept ending up flat-out creepy. >.> But I think I salvaged it, and it actually looks quite nice, now. :> This picture reminds me of being in Japanese class. I miss those times.

This is my character, Sakura Jade Li. She has a really silly goose first name because I made her up in fourth grade, OTL. XD I've drawn her every year on the same day in January since 2007, but this year I neglected to do it, so here she is, haha. It was a good test to try out my new tablet; I like it a lot.
