The heart drawing is my favortie. Though about something like that for a surrealism project. But just went with eyes and wasn't expressive. Eyes are overused.

I wanna see more guys with face tattoos on them. They always look so bad-ass! And I might need help soon with designing a plot device (that involves tattoos) for my story, if youre up to it

Hung out in the studio today for, eh, four hours. As promised, I drew a pineal gland. But as I had already known, it would be too small, so I threw in some contour lines, a skull, and some brains for your satisfaction. Up top is the initial sketch in Sharpie, and then the bottom one is the final WIP in watercolor pencil.

It's not completed yet, because I deem the quality of that red wash absolutely disgusting.


Oh, and in other news, I got a shoe commission to do, which should be finished within the next two weeks. The shoes came in just today, and they're only an American size 3 (35 Eur), so it shouldn't bee too long. :)

You have done some really amazing shading on the face bones, especially the mandibles.

Thanks, Morf. :) Some parts still look flat, but I intend to go over them tomorrow, if I get the time.

That truly is amazing though, it seems all perfectly proportioned, and to me, the flat parts give it character xD. I would expect to find that in my Anatomy textbook next year

○ Morf: Someone told me a few years ago that I should do textbook anatomy. I just realized what a pain in the butt it is to go back and shade all of it, though! D:!
○ Ego: Yeah, thanks! They were probably my favorite part to draw because they were the fastest to shade. XD There's a little bit of screwy proportions going on in the S-curve of it, but other than that, I really like them. :)
