CAMPAIGN B ARCHIVE
Nothing much to say or do on my part. We wait on Reg. I'm thinking of a secondary B2 while we wait. In a worst case scenario, I will let Windy adopt Irveska. She's kind of like a skankier superficial Yuanjun, so it's all good.

Oh fuck.
Was the ground shaking?

It was.

It was an earthquake.

Like that global one...

Not that bad... just a minor tremor...

But still.

Stuff fell over. The skeletons stumbled slightly. And then, as suddenly and strangely as it started, it was over.

What in the fuck.

How the timeline issues work out for Global Earthquake 2: Electric Boogaloo? Fuck if I know. You're all time lords. Just assume, generally speaking, that at any given moment all the threads are happening simultaneously unless I say otherwise. It's easiest.

Skeleton - 19
Davlin - 19
Grila - 18
Irveska - 15
Zombies - 15
Septie - 7

Irveska wasn't the kind to stand around and wonder why the mother nature was having a spaz attack, esspecially not whilst there was an enemy right infront of her with it's gaurd down for that exact reason. Growling in exertion, she brought her mighty expensive blunt instrament down upon it...

Improvised oversized weapon attack + damage;
1d20+11=31, 1d8-3=3

The weapon made contact with a resounding thud. Too bad the braindead thing barely seemed to notice. :/

The Zombie, being mindless, didn't notice the earthquake.
Nor did it really notice Irveska smashing it with a crossbow that was bigger than she was.

Moaning, as Zombies tend to, it swung it's arms at the sexy fighter.
And, unsurprisingly, missed her completely, the slow and awkward Zombie's attack being no match for Irveska's reflexes.

Septimïe growled in anger and partly in fear at the earthquake. She hadn't forgotten that worldwide one that had occurred some time before, and whilst this one wasn't particularly violent, it still unsettled the tall woman, corded muscles standing out in her neck as she whipped her head around. Then, it was over. She glanced at Davlin, Grila and Irveska in turn, pale eyes flaring in primal anxiety, before she fixed her glare onto the last zombie, hefting her greatsword. It would make a fine outlet for her nervous energy. She roared, striding forward.

Attack:1d20+14=25
Damage:2d6+14=22
Cold damage:1d6=6

Unsurprisingly, it died. Septimïe grunted, satisfied, and motioned for Davlin and Grila to come forward, taking the time to glance around the room she was standing in for anything shiny.

Spot check =31

There was nothing of value in the room as far as Septie could see.

Grila took the opportunity to emerge from the hallway, the zombie gone and the earthquake over.

"Grila wasn't scared of ground-shakey. Shut up!" She said to no one in particular.

"Next room! Lets go, yes, yes?! Treasure in tomb! Maybe in there?! Hu-man lady with big snowy cuttysword lead way, yes, yes. Grila stay behind tricksy Gnome and large uddered Hu-man lady and protect them. You are lucky to have Grila around to protect you!"

Oh, Grila.

Septimïe nodded, smiling slightly down at the tiny goblin. Grila's assertion that she wasn't scared of the 'ground-shakey' helped abate some of the Barbarian's unease.

"Zaire seems to be no'sing in 'ere of value, so yes. Lets go."

She moved toward the door, opening it with an inelegant shove of a shoulder, greatsword held ready.

Davlin stifled his laughter the best he could. He was actually worried about the place collapsing on them during the earthquake, but Grila in her magnificence seemed to have dispelled the lingering worry.

"Yes Grila," Davlin said with a smile. "It's a wonderful thing now having to worry about my back."

Irveska took a look around right after Septimie, seemingly only registering that the earthquake was strange because her comrades had acted cautious about it. It was enough to dump a little water on her blind rage, anyway.

Grilla's words, namely the "large uddered" part, ricochetted around her head for a moment like loose change. Was that a compliment or a comparison to a cow?...

The woman seemed to exale as if she was preparing to lay down a verbal beating, but then simply turned away and made an angry blowfish expression under her mask instead.

Eagerly, Irveska stook behind her stony barbarian ally and awaited the arrival of more undead heads to smash in.

The next room was full of skeletons and zombies. The skeletons, this time around, had heavy shields and one Skeleton who seemed different in a unnameable but noticeable way, had a blue-tinted longsword that seemed to chill the very air around it. Behind him was a vault set into the wall. Yaaay?

Grila remained behind the group, as she said, "protecting" them.

I was lazy and assigned initiative arbitrarily. DEAL WITH IT. That's what happens when this thread lags. Also I skipped a room and shunted more enemies in this room. Deal, also, with that.
Also, to automate the process a bit:
Bonerun
HP 48
AC 16
Skeleton
HP 36
AC 16
Hungry Dead/Plague Bearer
HP 16
AC 11
Don't forget the DR.
Also, Bonerun has Spell Resistance 25 >:]

Septimïe snarled and lashed out at the zombie in front of her, squishing a faint flicker of concern in her stomach at the sight of the skeleton who wielded a longsword that crackled with the same coldness that her own greatsword did.
A:1d20+14=29
D:2d6+14=25

The zombie fell, re-dead, as without pause she swung viciously at the skeleton to her right.

A:1d20+14=31
D:(2d6+14=20)-5=15

She growled and attacked the same skeleton again, her greatsword connecting with a resounding clang.

A:1d20+14=32
D:(1d20+14=23)-5=18
Total damage: 33

Irveska held fast. The blunt end of her weapon was raised, but she continued to use Septimie as a meat sheild for the time being. There was a differance between a little spiteful zombie clobbering, and running head-long into a room full of armed skeletons, after all...

As guilty as she secretly felt, logic stated that was Septimie's job.

"...Keep at it, big girl... Don't get stabbed up on me, now..."

"BANG!" Came the excited scream of joy from Davlin, letting loose a pillar of fire from the heavens... roof?

Flame Strike: 10d6=39

"I like it when they walk together like that," He finished, jumping up and down excitedly as 4 skeletons laid down for another rest.

The two remaining skeletal minions both swung their swords at Septie, although only one connected with the big woman.

The Bonerun was upon her. The skeleton clearly was faster than his companions, slashing into her with his magical weapon and dealing considerable damage.

Septimïe snarled with pain and dropped her greatsword, pulling out her disruption morningstar and swinging it brutally at Bonerun. He'd silly goose her off.

A:1d20+14=25
D:1d8+16=21
Disruption DC: 14
BR rolled: 18

It connected satisfactorily, but the bugger was still animated and well.
