Yah I'm having some problems with tuning. I've used the auto tuner and relative tuner but it still doesn't sound right =I how can you be sure it's tuned correctly?

the fifth fret on the low e-string should sound the exact same as the A string above it. Same thing goes for all other strings except the the b string's open note should sound like the G's fourth fret.

Also, you can check to see by plucking harmonics on the strings. pluck a harmonic on the fifth fret on the low E and a harmonic on the 7th fret on the A string and it should sound the same. You will be able to tell right away if the tuning is off, because you will be able to hear the vibration differences.
After you think you've tuned it right, play an open E to see if everything sounds right.

The problem (or not really problem but the reason I can't use that) is because the drums are a drum track and 8-bit chiptunes can only do 4 tracks. Two squares, one triangle, and a noise track. So you'd have to use noise for the drum track.
