I just learned that this year, isn't the pathetic? I use "okay" mostly, cause that's the real spelling, but when I'm being lazy I occasionally use "o.k." but not often because it requires me to keystroke down twice for the periods, and that ends up taking more work so being lazy doesn't work out. And I try not to make spelling errors like "ok" cause I was one class away from being an English major, and it's against my nature to willingly disregard the laws of grammar (though I unintentionally do it all the time.)

It's not that serious, man. silly goose, 'Oll Korrect' is from a fad in Boston in the 1800's where people jokingly misspelled words. Since it all began as a joke, it's kind of silly to take its modern spelling and meaning seriously.
