generally im a noob when it comes to drawing manga..one of my frustrations is the perspective views...my characters seem to differ when angles change especially the face part... I think that my problem is consistency.. im having a hard time with it.. plz give me some advices regarding my problems.. thanks senpais!

Your best bet is to create a character sheet, specifically for the head. Just take a filler paper and use the blue lines as guidelines. It should look like this except all the views of the head will be on one line and not separated:
