Just pondering upon what the format of that would be, to keep it organized so i don't effin die from brain cramp from getting confused.

I use a program called celtx which has a built in comic script format. The closest thing to it, I guess, is a film script. Though if you're going to send it to an artist or through editors you'll want every page of the script to represent one page of the comic.

Thanks ill look into it, though this is just a rough out until my skills with the Pencil and paper get good enough to even consider drawing it, im a novice at drawing though i notice improvements randomly.

Screenplay: the foundations of screenwriting by Syd Field is a good book to look at for how to write a script, heck i've heard from someone who was in the film/tv business ( not a writer) that it's almost a standard. that said it will only go so far since it's geared towards film

Scriptwriting for me weights equally with your drawing skils... Its like a source of mental guide or picture of what you want to illustrate. I suggest you start with a simple plot derived from daily activities in forms of humor, drama, action etc...
