I've just recently got my internet back...and when I came online here and what do I find...the actual start of your manga/novel(what ever you wanna call it)...and it looks freakin great, I really want to see more

Your characters are very well done... but the backgrounds don't =/.

-The stairs, of the first panel are to detailed (and bad done). You should try to make it look simple.
-The shadows are to low. Are like for a cloudy day.
-To much lines of shadows going in the same direction.

Well that, basically the character look cool, but the background look not so good, and also, some times fight with the character.

I think you should be a little bit more careful with the fonts you use, on the second page, second panel its a little difficult to read because its scaled too small and narrow.

When it comes to the backgrounds, I think you should tone down with the lined shading or if not maybe use a lighter shade of gray rather than black. It's because it tends to get a little too distracting and can conflict with the focus towards the character. Also, it makes it look sorta dirty and sloppy with the crooked lines.

The stairs on the first panel needs work as well, maybe some toning would fix the problem? Idk :\

The pacing is mostly great, though the transmission between page 1 to 2 is a little confusing because the shading became darker, I dunno maybe its just me lol xD

I agree with Mizu about the font. Also i've noticed that in a lot of manga that when the bloodthirsty monster that's about to kill the guy talks the font is dementedly jagged or something along those lines. Here it's all sophisticated. Is there a reason for that? Idk just wondering...

i agree with Mizu and VegetarianVixen. but i think that the font is a important part. the shape and jagged fonts give more of a sense of danger and tension. that's an important thing in any kinda comics or anything like that. imagine a manga with all the same font and the same bubbles. a good bit of the tension it had is probably gone right. no tension it becomes boring, boring = not going to read anymore. and jagged font is more fun to me lol

But anyways i love what you got so far and cant wait to see the next page ^w^
