About Groupboard:

Groupboard, also known as GB, is an awesome place where you can converse and draw with other members at the same time. It's a cool place to go if you want to get to know other members and also doodle and practice a bit. Here's a link to it for the new members: {see above}

Cool features on this GB:

*Voicechat- gotta mic? Try out the voicechat. You can draw and physically talk to the users at the same time ;D It's like skype with a doodle pad

*Pen Sensitivity- this gives the GB a more photoshop-ish feel for those with a tablet

*Enormous Canvas- this canvas is like 2000x2000 or something. Theres lots of room to draw a good sized sketch

*You can see what part of the canvas people are looking at- self explanatory. I thought this was really cool

*Ability to save the canvas directly onto your computer- This is sooo convenient for those who aren't able to screenshot it because the drawings too big

*RGB Slider- YES

Rules and Tips:

Yeah, not all of these are rules, as you can see <_< But there aren't many rules so I'll just combine both of these

-You're gonna need Java. For those who don't know what it is, it's a program widely use around the net for certain games and other online applications. Heres the download link if you don't have it for some reason: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

- Do not delete any layers. Keep in mind that you're not the only one using that layer

- Do not draw on other people's artwork unless they give you permission to do so.

- Erase any of your drawings/stray marks once you're about to leave please. It's a pain when people leave there art laying around, others want to draw too

- Be nice to people.

- Try to be nice about other peoples drawings. Even if you're a drawing god, don't make the other person feel bad, because you probably started out at that level once as well.

- Share the board when you can. That doesn't mean you can't make a picture taking up the whole board, just don't try and hog the board if you don't have to.

- It's recommended that you use your tablet, but some people have been epic with there mouses/touchepads (cyp) too. Either way works out ;D

- Don't get discouraged by the people drawing. You can learn a lot just by watching people draw. And they were once where you are now.
