Well since it's art, you can say: f*ck lucifer, f*ck my art teacher, I'm going to use some totally weird shading technique and it'd be fine. But in manga, it's generally a good idea what wherever you use shading lines it's either straight, or it follows the shape you're shading. Curved shading is generally a very dangerous business, using them in the wrong manner creates mindf*ck scenarios in which the shape created by the shading and the shap created by the lineart oppose each other.

But anyways, looking at that eye you shaded around, that looks a whole lot better than the curved off shading lines I see a lot from you.

As far as DA goes, if you make sure that you full view artwork gets resized to 900 pixels wide, then there should be no problem and it should correctly appear on the forum. Anything larger, and the forum will nag at you. Also make sure that you copy the IMAGE url, and not the page URL. So rightclick, save image URL, go to forum, paste, select. wrap [IMG] tags post and done.

You mean the eye toward the left and in the middle on the way down? If you do, I'll try and remember that.

Killer Bee from Naruto, I think he turned out pretty well.

If his right foot is pointing to the side, his toes shouldn't be facing us directly. I think they need to follow the direction of his feet more.

I'm not too crazy for Naruto, but I think its pretty good like Goggy said the toes on his right should face the direction his foots pointing.

Well, he looks cool, you might wanna try drawing from anatomical reference for awhile to make your characters look less cartoonish, but that'syour choice, does'nt mean killer bee does'nt look pretty cool.

Some Constructive feedback:
In manga, eyes are extremely important. Your way is fine, but manga usually deals with more detailed eyes. It seems like you avoid eyes in some drawings.
Female anatomy in manga is basically keep everything slim, and lots of curves/rounded limbs or body parts. Males are usually more angular and wide.
Idiosyncrasy is key. Next time you go out, watch people. Look at the folds on their clothes, facial differences and body shape. The way someone's legs move while riding or bike, or how their hair looks. Pay attention to real life things carefully, and little things people do to display emotion. This will develop into many needed art tools. Just don't look to closely, as sometimes women will think you are checking them out and that can lead to an awkward situation. LOL.
Overall, your drawings have good potential. I'm no mangaka, but if you keep it up I think you will be able to do something with your talent. Good luck and good night. XD

Hmmm. I dont think I've been avoiding eyes, but yeah, I like them a little simpler. The people who I like the styles of most have pretty simple eyes. Just one shine. Then again, I've been told to avoid shines...
