Can't help you with the avatar thing, I had to upload my graphic onto my website, then link to it. I don't know if that's right or not, but it worked for me. I also don't know if you have a website, so there's probably a better way of doing it.

Anyhow, welcome to the forums! Hope you're able to find what you need, with the drawing improvements and all.
