The drawing room is a branch of the mangatutorials oekaki board, which is a branch of the main site. It's not in the forum. You use the oekaki applet to draw and then upload it to the room when youre done. To apply you have to have 3 drawings archived on the mangatutorials oekaki board.
I don't know if you knew this already, it's kind of hard to tell from your post, but I hoped that helped a bit.

Thanks. Yeah, I couldn't find a post that told me yesterday. Had to go to bed early, so I just asked here. thanks. Now, how do you upload to the oekaki board? This is so new to me.

You should read over the rules, just in case.
Basically, you sign up again over there. Once you do that, you can start drawing. You can only draw there with the oekaki programs given to you, which are all p. good. You can't upload hand drawn ones, just digital. You can only upload one image per day, unless posted in the drawing room or contest room. You can comment all you like, and maybe join some contests too. Only problem is that if you don't have a tablet it'll be hard to start out but you can use a mouse or touchpad. It'd be awesome if we had some pure touchpad-er there that was really good.

I probably didn't explain this very well but I don't have a lot of time so I can't read it over and it was rushed... So if you have any questions/concerns/comments just send me a PM on here or the oekaki, my username is ozzaharwood there too.

You explained really well Ozza except that you can't draw in the Drawing Room unless you're allowed to. There is a list of users at the top who have the go-ahead to draw in there.
