Manga Clip Art Book Reviews

For this update, I have some book reviews for you on three interesting books: 500 Manga Characters,
Manga Clip Art, and Manga Females Clip Art.
They're interesting in that a) you can use them as inspiration, b) use them to practice your CGing, and c) use them as characters in your manga if you can't draw that well on
your own yet. Have a read through my reviews and see if it's something that'll help you. Oh, and don't forget to check out the new submitted artwork too!

An Answer to Your Email

It seems like a bunch of you guys are sending me email via our new fangled form.
It's good to see it being used so much! The bad news is that since most of the people filling them out don't have an email, I can't reply back to you sooooo,
to take care of that, I have now set up a Mailbox where I will answer as much of the questions or
what-have-you that was sent to me through our new form. If your question was not answered, please be patient. I will be answering in a first-come-first-served
basis. Of course, if your question is totally inappropriate or anything outrageous, then you can forget about me answering you. With that said, be sure
to check out this week's submitted artwork too. Till next time!

I expect to be done with this conversion around March or April. After this conversion, I will be moving on to other upgrades to the site and
new tutorials.

I'd like to remind everyone that I will be holding a program teaching how to use Manga Studio next month on

Bigger is Better: Oekaki Gets Supersized

Things just get better and better! Oekaki's in the MOB can now go up to 600 pixels, jumping up from the previous maximum of 400.
Thumbnails were also changed from miniscule 50 pixel size to a whopping 175x175 pixels! All rooms now hold more Oekaki's so you can see more older
works than before and with bigger previews and artwork.

Two new rooms have also been included. The MOB Favorites has been reinstated and works should begin moving there as soon as any outstanding Oekaki is made.
The second room, The Drawing Room, is for the serious artist and will become accessable only to specific members. Being a member of that room means you can
create more than the "one Oekaki per day" rule. Visit the forum for more details on how to join The Drawing
Room plus learn about more Oekaki news!

Manga Tutorials Undergoes Cosmetic Changes

No, I'm not talking about a tummy tuck.

A few minor changes happened today. For one, the site viewed through Internet Explorer should be perfectly fine now. (Yeah, I know - it took a long time because I surf via Firefox and didn't notice how Explorer was loading the site atrociously until a day ago.) I've added a bit more
to the About Us page, added and changed some things in the FAQs and reworked the Affiliates and Advertisement sections.

Also, I've made the text and links a bit bigger for the tutorials and the menu bar to the side. Did you notice?
