A friend and i's characters--Ythaniel(black hair) and Aiden. but yeah..:D this took forever--was listening to Blurry by Puddle of Mudd over and over again--as it was my source of inspiration. Gosh-and once more i was reminded of my inability to draw hugging. XP yeah...hope this fits the rooms standards--i know the BG is simple...but the main focus was the characters and i wanted to keep it simple--it had lyrics at one point...but it was too busy and i didnt like how it looked...megh. *ehem* but yeah---hope you like...:D *sort of proud face* Comments: 8 |

hakushin_ryouga 2009/7/1 - 12:48:45Holy cow the timer went crazy on me, it jumped from 1 hour 45 minutes to over 10 hours with one escrow O_O oh well timer issues aside, I decided to kind of go back so some more simple cel shaded work after my time with the black and white I had to use Toriyamas super saturated colors to push me back into a more cartoony style. I rather like now it turned out. Korin (the cat) grows Senzu beans(they are beans that can instantly recover a person even from the brink of death.) so it was only fitting that goku be beat up when going to see him. This was the frist style I ever tried to emulate when I started drawing, so it was kind of fun to go back to it and see if I still had it. ^_^ Comments: 8 |

angel_dreamer13 2009/11/18 - 16:5:42first try at common room quality (if you don't count the sketch i posted here by mistake). hope its up to par, but i understand if it isn't. i know the shading id a little off but i'm not sure how to fix it. the initials next to the heart graffiti are k.s. they're the initials of the friend who came up with the character. i thought she should get some credit for that. the worst thing about this is it actually took as long as the timer says.i was doing homework while i worked on this. saved to board so i can make adjustments later. c&c please!
